Meal Program--Twice per month the community is invited to provide lunch at one of our Senior Centers.
Adopt-A-Center Program--Groups can adopt their neighborhood Senior Center to provide assistance with a variety of needs, from weeding flower beds to hosting BINGO parties for the participants.
Socks & Soap Drive--The senior centers serve participants from a variety of economic backgrounds. Many of our participants are in need of household items and toiletries. We encourage you to host a drive through your school, church, or civic group for items like socks (any size), moisturizing soap, toilet tissue, facial tissue, and dish soap. Please call Gloria at 817-413-4949 ext 211 for the most up-to-date needs list and to set up a drive with us.
Wellness Program Leaders--Two of our Wellness Programs are conducted by trained lay leaders. Health for Me and Matter of Balance are always looking for volunteers to teach these classes at our Senior Centers. Opportunities area also available to sponsor a training through your agency to have staff trained and to host workshops. For more information click HERE.
Special Event Volunteers--We have several events throughout the year for our seniors, as well as fundraising events. We would love to have you help out with one of our events.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an advocate for healthy aging in Tarrant County! We depend on volunteers from the community to help at our senior centers, within our wellness programs, and at special events.
